I wanted to send a quick update on the status of the current South Fork, CO market. This summer has seen a great deal of movement in the home market under $300k. There has been little demand between $350k-$600k, hence this has created some outstanding values in this price range. If you are looking to buy an upscale home in this price range expect to find a Buyers’ market. This is the time to buy if you want a home at this price range. The lot market has continued to see an escalation in price for parcels that are 5+ acres. Solid buys are hovering in the $105k-$130k range dependant upon lot location. Bear Creek has a few solid investments along with Willow Park. Beaver Mountain is commanding top dollar because of demand for these highly desired lots.
