South Fork Real Estate Update,

I wanted to publish a quick update regarding the status of the market here in South Fork, CO.  We are getting close to Christmas and we have plenty of snow to say the least.  Wolf Creek has approximately 120 inches of snow making outstanding ski conditions.

Our latest progress in the area is the continued movement of Gilbert Grove's business district featuring a new restaurant, art gallery, pharmacy, and additional retail space.  This project will start with ground breaking early spring of 2008.

Interest rates are currently down, and there are some good deals popping onto the market at this time for savy investors looking to take advantage of financing opportunities and slower national markets.  We have shifted into more of a Buyer's market at this time.
